Leonid Zrumov trains children since 1969. During this time it trained 18 masters of sports on free-style wrestling. Since 1989 Zrumov heads child junior sports school of the Olympic reserve of the Urvansky area which repeatedly became the best school of Russia on free-style wrestling.Wrestlers of school - prize-winners of KBR, Russia, Europe, the world. The former pupils of the trainer are known in the republic as good experts in various fields of activity, dear decent people.

For long-term and fruitful work Leonid Zrumov is awarded by the Certificate of honor KBR, the rank "The excellent student of formation of the Russian Federation" is appropriated to him.
