On the 8th annual international tournament on judo in the city of Slovengrad among young men till 18 years Bakhaudi Edilgiriyev, Naib Umarov, Alikhan Adayev and Hayrudi Edilgiriyev became winners in various weight categories. Competitions took place from November 17 to November 18, more than 800 athletes participated in them.

Then, from November 23 to November 24, the team took part in other regular international tournament in the city "Ljubljana". In it about 300 young men aged till 16 years competed.

In this tournament representatives of the Chechen club won four gold medals. Turpal-Ali and Bakhaudi Edilgiriyevy, Askhab Mezhidov and Naib Umarov became winners.

Besides, as the trainer of Edelveys club Aslanbek Shakhgiriyev reported, in a team moneybox also there are silver and bronze medals.

So, on tournament in Slovengrada the third places took Turpal-Ali Edilgiriyev (weight category to 38 kg) and Askhab Mezhidov (weight category to 60 kg) who in Ljubljana became a winner. And, A. Mezhidov acted in two age categories - till 16 and 18 years, and in both took the third places.

On tournament in Ljubljana Hayrudi Edilgiriyev received "silver" in weight category to 42 kg. It should be noted that Hayrudi in the first tournament won first place in the same category.

Bakhaudi Edilgiriyev won two tournaments in different weight categories: to 60 kg in Slovengrada and to 66 kg in Ljubljana. Naib Umarov achieved the same success also: in the first tournament I won first place in weight category to 66 kg, and in the second – in weight to 73 kg.
